Yesterday, 12 May, Philip had a visit from old university friend, Hilary, from Melbourne. We had a pleasant day talking about old times. Philip was not as bright as in previous days and felt weaker, an emergency/commotion with another patient causing a broken night with breakthrough pain.
Otherwise it was pretty much business as usual with attention from nurses, wards and meals persons, doctors (very irregular) and physio.
The hoped-for move to CHH did not happen, no vacancy.
